Jobs to be done for the WPE

Just to start the ball rolling, what do members think is the way forward for the site?

Personally I would like to see some work done on the site design and logo, so if there's any skilled graphic artists out there, it's an opportunity waiting to happen!

Next up, there's documentation to be written. There's plenty that could be said about the reasons for the site and its goals.

I also respectfully suggest that we look at fixing some of the English on the site, and maybe work towards translations into other languages (preferably by native speakers of those languages.)

What do people think?

Well, done Grimace - I thought of doing this myself but thought it would be better if it could be done on the WPE site - we need everyone to see what is being said but trying to hold a discussion there is very laborious and frustrating.

Translation and good language in whatever language is used would be nice but getting the basic voting structure sorted out is the priority, I think.

It is bedtime for me now but I'll be back soon.

I feel it is a priority to allow our previous decisions to become permanent open votes as we have discussed.

Once a new visitor to the site can see the issues we have standing and can permanently show their support (or rejection), I beleive we will have a much faster join rate, and will get a more continued involvement from members.

Can Rasmus comment on how far down the wishlist this feature may be?

Ideally, the wishlist and its priorities should be determined by the participants. This can also be subject to a vote. To facilitate this process I think that the government building process initiated by Fabian, Mikael and others is very important.
